UNLIMITED PASS - Terms and Conditions

Southland Auto Wash Unlimited Pass participation allows an unlimited number of washes for each registered vehicle for the selected 1-month or 12-month period from the activation date of the program.

Participation requires installation of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag on registered vehicle’s inside front lower driver’s side windshield, and a bar-coded sticker on the driver doorjamb, or where installed by Southland.

Unlimited Pass is purchased with a credit or debit card. The fee for the first month is charged to the customer’s card at the time of the sale. The monthly fee is then charged to the same card automatically on the same date each month after program activation, until the plan is cancelled (see below) or terminated.

Pass Holders cannot upgrade their wash as the car wash. In order to upgrade, Pass holders must Upgrade their Plan by contacting Southland’s corporate office.

A 12-month (annual) plan can be purchased with credit, debit card or cash and expires at the end of 12 months (does not automatically renew). Annual plans are available at 12 x monthly plan less 2% discount – prepaid for one year.

If a customer wishes to cancel the program, cancellation in writing and signed by the customer must be received by mail or by fax. Southland must receive cancellation notice 5 days before your billing date to effect cancellation before the next monthly billing period. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of a plan due to early cancellation.

Unlimited Pass customers must contact Southland’s corporate office to give notice when any information changes (vehicle, address, email or credit card information). Contact information listed below.

If Southland is unable to charge a credit card due to expiration or for any other reason, the customer’s program will be de-activated within 3 days of their next billing date. Southland will attempt to notify customer to correct the issue prior to this date.

Customer must notify Southland if registered vehicle’s RFID tag becomes damaged, vehicle is sold, or windshield is replaced. Tag will be deactivated and a new tag issued. There is a $5 charge for replacement RFID tag. Contact information below.

RFID tags remain the property of Southland and must be surrendered upon request. If a bar code sticker or RFID tag is tampered with, or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, the program will be immediately terminated and all monies will be forfeited.

Unlimited Pass is valid at all Southland Auto Wash locations during normal business hours. Southland plans to close on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Southland may also close during inclement/severe weather.

No substitutions are allowed except at our Full Service Carwash (1259 28th SW). To modify your plan you must contact Southland.

No other coupons, discounts or special price offers are valid with the Unlimited Pass, including Clean Car Club and Entertainment.

In the event the rates for any Unlimited Pass change, the new rates will be sent to all participants via email, and will be posted at each Southland location. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers, but will be posted for 30 days before being applied to existing customers. Any price change will be effective at the start of your new billing period after having been posted for at least 30 days.
