1. Seller agrees to pay Southland the full retail price of each carwash sold, within 5 days of the end date above.
2. At the end of the sale, any unsold books in NEW condition may be returned to Southland for credit.
3. All books not returned are considered as sold, and must be paid for.
4. Southland will write the Organization back a check for 1/2 the proceeds from the sale.
5. Selling is not permitted on any Southland Auto Wash properties.
